UK mainland – standard delivery is free when you spend £75 or more, and if you spend less than £75 we charge £5.99. For deliveries to Scotland, NI and the Channel Islands, we charge a deliver fee of £20.

Standard delivery takes 4 days on average, Monday to Friday. Expected delivery times vary depending on seasonality. We use trusted couriers like Royal Mail.

If, for example, you place your order and approve your artwork on a Monday, this is classed as Day 1. On Tuesday, we will begin working on your order, Day 2. And on Wednesday your order will be dispatched, Day 3. Your order will be delivered to you the following day.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. Our payment processor is PayPal.

We will email photos and proofs of your workwear prior to manufacturing. This gives you complete control over final sign off. Artwork will be with you within 24-48 hours and approval is required before work begins.

For embroidery we can accept most formats including pdf, .eps, jpeg, tiff or you can direct us to your website or send a letterhead. For screen-printing, to avoid additional artwork charges, we require an .eps tiff or ai file.

Our free logo service includes embroidery of your logo onto the garments you buy, up to 10,000 stitches in up to 15 colours. We can scale up your logo on request. Get in touch with us for custom quotes.

We supply every type of workwear including PPE, construction wear, school wear, hi-vis clothing, footwear and much more. If you can’t find what you are looking for, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll source it for you.

We are happy to provide samples providing the cost of the item is covered. You can return it to us for a refund without a restocking charge after delivery.

Our returns policy for printed and embodied products is you can only return items that have manufacturing defects. The return has to be authorised by management based on proof that the items that were shipped are faulty. We will replace any items that are faulty in a reasonable space of time at no cost to you.
