Returns policy for garments purchases from us
Your satisfaction is our priority. If we did something wrong, we are happy to correct our mistakes at no cost to you.
For printed and embroidered merchandise that is delivered faulty, we can replace the items for free or issue a full refund.
Returns policy for garments not purchased from us and sent for embroidery
We cannot accept returns for items that are not faulty or for embroidery services on garments that were not purchased from us. If you decide to send us your own goods to be embroided, you may do so at your own risk. Should there be a mistake from the printers, we can only refund the price paid for the embroidery and not your garments, irrespective of their value.
How to make a return

- We will issue a return note for you to print
- Return your merchandise in the original packaging
- We will process your items on delivery and issue a refund within 48-hours.
Returns policy limitations
- You have 28-days from your order to request a return
- After 28-days, items cannot be returned
- Goods are returned via our courier of choice
- Delivery surcharges are only refundable if we are at fault
